Help someone find the car, not just the destination
You know where you left the car. Someone hearing the name of a mall, college or downtown destination may picture a different entrance. A short description of the parking area, level and nearest signed marker can make a car lockout or lost-key conversation much clearer.
Downtown: start with the parking name
Lawrenceville's downtown parking guide identifies color-named locations, including the Purple Deck at 147 East Crogan Street and the Blue Deck at 225 Luckie Street. Name the deck, then the level and the street entrance you used. Add a visible signed marker if there is one.
The business or restaurant you visited is useful background, but it may not be beside the car. Event arrangements can also change access to parking areas. Follow the current signs and explain a restriction rather than assuming the usual entrance is available.
At GGC: building and parking are different details
Georgia Gwinnett College's official directions distinguish its buildings, residences and student parking deck. The building name can explain where you went; the actual lot or deck explains where the vehicle is. Give the latter as clearly as you can.
Follow campus access rules and use campus staff for campus-controlled doors or systems. If an area has a restriction, explain it when arranging a vehicle request rather than assuming every entrance is open.
At Sugarloaf Mills: use a signed entrance
Sugarloaf Mills has multiple entrances. Say which one is nearest the vehicle, together with a parking section or other signed marker you can see. If you remember only the shop you visited, take a moment to distinguish its entrance from where you parked.
A medical destination also needs the precise site and parking location. Do not interchange Northside Hospital Gwinnett with a similarly named location elsewhere. Provide the actual address when it is available, and observe property access requirements.
Add a short vehicle description
The year, make, model and color are a useful start. Then explain whether the key is inside, lost or present but not working. Those details distinguish an opening request from a replacement-key or other vehicle-specific question.
Be prepared to discuss authorization or ownership evidence privately through the process explained on the call. Do not post identity documents, VIN details, access codes or your live location on a public page. This website does not collect those details through a form.
One clear sentence is enough to begin
For example: “The car is in the named deck, on the level shown on the sign, close to the street entrance I used.” Add the real details you can verify. Do not guess a level number or share a misleading map pin just to fill in a gap.
If you cannot see a safe way to check the location, explain what you do know. If a person or animal is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. For an ordinary request, call 678-942-0041 and discuss the vehicle, parking location, current availability and estimate.
